Located in Seville (Spain), we currently have clients involved in a variety of industries, not only in Spain but also in Europe and Latin America. We also work with European and US translation agencies, which means we are at the forefront of the latest technologies and processes they use and we participate in major projects.

Behind every translation a client receives there is a complex process responsible for ensuring the product is impeccable. At sílaba this process is threefold: we select the best translators, revisers and interpreters who are all native speakers of the target language and professionals with a minimum of three years’ experience in the industry and specialised in the subject matter of the translation; we choose the best project and account managers who are dynamic, organised and responsible; and we invest in the best computer programs for content management, translation support and quality control.
A large part of our investment is spent on being at the forefront in support tools to significantly improve our service and performance. We use translation tools to manage your documents more quickly and efficiently. This means we have real-time access to all the texts we have translated for your company so we can reuse them. Our approach gives us three distinct advantages: more consistency in all the communication your company generates in any language; direct savings on your quotes; and a considerable shortening of turnaround times. We also use quality control and textual and terminology consistency tools to prevent any errors and improve the quality of the end product.
At sílaba we assign you with an exclusive account manager who you can contact at any time to organise your translation requirements. Your account manager records all your projects, general and specific instructions, style preferences, etc., and maintains glossaries and translation memories. She analyses your requests to recommend the service that best matches your requirements at the lowest possible price. She also receives your feedback on our work, which will help us to constantly improve our service. Our objective is to build relationships of trust and confidence with your personnel as this will help us manage your company’s current and future projects correctly.
